HI! My name is Jen Lander and I am a boy mom! My oldest (Jaiden) is 16 & my youngest (Jace) is 11. I have been married to my husband, Joe for over a decade! We spent most of our 20s raising our boys while working in healthcare & going to school. After 10 years of really hard work, I became a psychiatric nurse practitioner. It is a honor to help others during their most vulnerable experiences & help them push through life's challenges.

  My experience spans over 16 years in the healthcare field, I bring a deep understanding and compassionate approach to my role as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. For the past five years, I have dedicated myself to this specialized field, where I've had the privilege of helping individuals navigate the complexities of mental health, particularly focusing on eating disorders and their co-morbidities. Before specializing, my diverse background as a registered nurse exposed me to various facets of healthcare, from the challenges of substance abuse rehabilitation to the intricacies of surgical and pulmonary care. These experiences have honed my skills, allowing me to approach mental health with a holistic perspective. My journey as a caregiver has been shaped by a profound commitment to fostering healing and well-being, making me deeply attuned to the needs of those I serve."
